The Thurgood Marshall College Fund is entering Year 2 of the HBCU Career Incubator Program in partnership with the Citi Foundation.This initiative provides first-year HBCU students with critical support to graduate and pursue their career paths. Selected students will receive professional development opportunities, internships, career coaching and full-time employment opportunities.
